” By this mechanism, OMEP has pursued its mission and continues to do so into the year 2024. Thailand has been granted the honor of hosting a significant event, the 76th OMEP World Assembly and Conference , symbolizing OMEP’s ongoing dedication to its cause. The event, with the theme ” Right from the Start for ECCE: Step Beyond All Together ,” is scheduled to take place from 15th to 19th July 2024 in Bangkok, organized by OMEP Thailand and the Faculty of Education at Chulalongkorn University, with supporting partnerships of the Ministry of Education , the Equitable Education Fund (EEF), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Yala Rajabhat University, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University Senior and Retired Professors Association, Preschool Education Association of Thailand Under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, and international organizations, including UNESCO Multisectoral Regional Office in Bangkok, UNICEF East Asia and Pacific, Asia-Pacifc Regional Network for Early Childhood (ARNEC), and Global Campaign for Education

“Pla-Ta-Pian” is a Thai-style wind mobile in the shape of carp fish, which the Thai people have been using as a symbol of good health and prosperity.
